The brief

A construction firm that also designs interiors and sells property needed one site where three very different customers each feel it was made for them, without the divisions blurring together.

The approach

Separate each division by colour, process and content model. Treat projects (finished work) and properties (for sale) as different things. Lead with imagery and calm, editorial pacing.

Radius, shadow and surface

  • Corners stay near-square at 2px, in keeping with drawn plans and joinery.
  • No drop shadows: hairline rules and tonal grounds separate content.
  • Each division owns one background: charcoal, ivory or forest.
