A 3BHK where the living room became the calmest room in the building.

The brief

Two work-from-home desks, a full modular kitchen, and storage for a family that keeps everything.

A couple who both work from home wanted their flat to stop feeling like an office with a bed in it. We re-planned the living area so one corner works as a proper desk for the day and disappears behind sliding panels each evening.

Our approach

A warm palette of oak-tone laminate and soft peach paint, with fluted panels to hide the desk and a single continuous joinery wall that carries the TV, books and closed storage. Lighting is layered so the room reads differently at ten in the morning and ten at night.
