Jai Constructions began as two engineers and one site in Peelamedu. Fourteen years on, we still start every job the same way: walk the land, listen first, and write down what we promise before we start.
The firm grew in the order our clients asked for things. First they wanted houses built properly. Then they asked who could finish the inside without a second contractor. Later they asked where they could find land and homes they could trust. Build, Interiors and Properties are simply those three questions, answered by one team.
We are a Coimbatore firm and we say so. Our workshop, our engineers and our office are here, and we travel to six other cities with a resident site team and a fortnightly visit.

Three divisions
The same promise, in three different rooms.
The original trade. Homes, commercial buildings, renovations and turnkey villas, raised in four signed-off stages. Our engineers stay with a project from the soil test to the handover.
The room after the walls. Design and execution by a team that owns its workshop, so what is drawn is what is fitted, and warranties stay with the people who made the work.
The third question: where to buy. Villas, apartments, plots and commercial space with prices, floor plans and RERA numbers shown up front, and the paperwork explained in plain language.

Write it down first
Scope, price, stages and dates go on paper before work begins, and every change goes through the same page.

Tell people what is behind the wall
We open things up and report honestly, even when the finding is inconvenient or means a smaller job.

Own the whole chain
Design, structure, joinery and paperwork are done by people we employ, so there is always somebody to answer for a problem.

Never mix the divisions
Delivered work is shown without a price. A property is shown with one. You always know which conversation you are in.
Timeline
Fourteen years, six moments.
- 2011Two engineers build the first house on Avinashi Road, Peelamedu.
- 2014First commercial building, a stitching unit in Tiruppur, delivered before its export season.
- 2017Own joinery workshop opens in Coimbatore, the seed of the Interiors division.
- 2020Interiors becomes its own division, with design and execution under one roof.
- 2022Properties division begins, listing plots and homes with RERA numbers up front.
- 2024The 240th project is handed over, and the firm crosses 1.8 million sq ft built.
