If you want us to. We mark Vastu-aware placement clearly on the plan as optional, so you can see exactly what changes when it is applied, and we tell you honestly when a layout cannot follow it.
Modular is faster, more predictable and usually better value for kitchens and wardrobes. Site-built carpentry suits unusual dimensions and pieces meant to last decades. Many homes use both, and we explain the trade-off room by room.
We show you samples and give you the reasons for each, in plain language: moisture resistance for kitchens and bathrooms, standard ply for dry bedrooms, and finishes ranked by wear. The quote lists every material by name so you can compare.
Usually for smaller jobs, yes. For a full-home fit-out, we recommend moving out for the last three weeks, when dust and noise are at their peak. We plan around your family, not around our convenience.
