Two contractors said demolish. We said look again.
The owners were told twice that their 1970s house should be knocked down. We opened the walls, found a sound frame under a decade of damp, and proposed the alternative: keep the structure, replace what had failed, and open the back of the house to the garden.

Our workshop and engineers are in Coimbatore. For the other six cities we work with a resident site team and visit every fortnight.

We guide you through the approvals your project needs and prepare the drawings and applications with you. Exactly what applies depends on your plot and the local body, and we tell you at the first site visit what to expect, rather than promising a timeline before we have seen the land.
It depends on the structure, the specification and the finishes, so we do not quote a single figure over the phone. After a site visit we give you a written estimate with three specification tiers, so you can see how each choice moves the price.
A home of around 2,400 sq ft usually takes nine to ten months from the first footing. Monsoon weeks, late approvals and mid-build design changes are the usual causes of delay, so we build a buffer into the programme and tell you when something threatens it.
Yes, within reason. Every change goes through a written change order with its price and its effect on the schedule, so you always know what a decision costs before you make it.
